Solution Architecture

The Solution Architecture team supports Zones Account Executives and customers with technical information and systems design and implementation services throughout the sales process, and may be called on to reengage at any phase of Zones’ relationship with a client.

Zones Solution Architects are also key pre-sales resources who lead the consultative discovery of a client’s business goals, objectives and challenges, and translate them into effective infrastructure solutions.

Solution Architects are located across the U.S., where they can be responsive to regional Account Executives’ customer opportunities or issues. In partnership with the Enterprise sales team, they work to increase the growth of revenue and margin for hardware, software, and services and other advanced technologies.
