In addition to on the job training, team members may participate in in-house training seminars as well as training and certification programs offered by outside agencies when departmental funds are available.

Your manager may suggest training or certification programs for you to attend.

Sales Training

At Zones, we value education as an investment in our most important asset, our team members. As a dedicated learning community, we provide initial sales training and ongoing educational programs to help you advance your career at Zones.

  • Zones Sales Training Program: An intense three-month course consisting of sales, systems, and product training.
  • Zones University & Advanced Sales Training: Refine your IT knowledge and sales skills with weekly training by product manufacturers, high-energy professional trainers, and management.
  • Advanced Sales Certification: Zones has a unique program that enables our account executives to further their sales education through a monthly certification focus and training room.
  • Monthly Vendor Fair: This monthly fair is designed to give sales account executives the opportunity to see products and to have one-on-one discussions with vendor representatives about the products.
