How I add value:

When it comes to Dell, I’m the “one stop shop” kind of buyer – I work to provide the Sales team and their clients with all the information and clarity they need to get the job done. Every day, I try and make sure that the result of my work is profitable to the company, and that it’s done with honesty and integrity.

In my role as Sales Manager for Zones State/Local Government & Education (SLED) division in our Western and Southwestern regions, I manage public sector account executives and field representatives selling into state and local government, and the K-12 and higher education verticals.

How I add value:

As a Sales Manager I work with our Account Managers to solidify our relationships as trusted and valued business partners among customers, and help our Account Executives to learn and grow within the company.

How I add value:

When an Account Executive discovers a software opportunity in one of their accounts, supplying them with the correct item numbers, relevant product comparison information, and accurate vendor quotes enables them to close deals with confidence.

My role is essentially being the go-to resource for information on selling and deploying EMC products, which also means understanding the fine points of distribution logistics and best practices required to facilitate effective engagements between the three enterprises and our customers.

How I add value:

As part of the PPM team, I’m focused on keeping the sales team informed about all of EMC’s new and existing offerings, and in turn, growing the Zones/EMC partnership.
