Position Overview:

The Marketing Campaigns Manager is responsible for managing focused joint partner marketing campaigns across multiple vendors that will ultimately drive sales and gross margin. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with attention to detail, a background in digital marketing, and proven success partnering with distinct stakeholders to execute campaigns. You will work closely with US- and PK-based marketing campaigns, partner marketing, and creative services teams to streamline campaign execution.

This position will report to the Manager of Marketing Campaigns and is based in our Islamabad office.

 

What you’ll do as the Marketing Campaigns Manager:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned to digital demand generation, partner goals, and sales objectives (pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals).
  • Act as project manager to ensure Partner Marketing and Creative Services teams provide campaign deliverables within specific timelines.
  • Orchestrate marketing programs to key target accounts and accelerate them through the sales engagement process.
  • Drive significant pipeline from Zones-focused and joint-partner marketing campaigns around SMB, MM, and Enterprise accounts and key partners.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop offers and drive Zones services/solution messaging throughout campaign elements.
  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple campaigns at a time, sometimes with short turnaround deadlines.
  • Manage and understand targeting for display advertising placement through an Account-Based Marketing Platform and sponsored social posts through LinkedIn.
  • Cross-collaborate with partner marketing, creative services, and sales teams.
  • Understand A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals.
  • Ensure the organization's brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including landing page analysis and evaluation of KPIs, and maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
  • Understand how to develop and proof emails in a marketing automation tool, as backup to the email marketing lead.

Education:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science required

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in a marketing role, preferably in B2B demand marketing
  • Must have exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven campaign selection and analysis
  • A track record of solving complex problems, driving, and demonstrating business results
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications deliverables
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
